Jessie’s Room

Jessie (a darling, young teen, client) wanted a room that reminded her of “swimming in the ocean with friends”.  We used all her favorite colors and accessories.  An aquatic backdrop was achieved with Sherwin Williams paint on the walls.  The fun, canvas stripe fabric from Kravet on the Windows, feels like a print from a beach towel.  The batik bedding channels ‘The Islands’ and Pottery Barn’s furnishings and accessories complete the scene.

Color et al

Before and After Entry.  I can only claim credit for helping with color choices in the home of this clever client!

Fun With Window Seats!

ImageWhy waste space?  When we couldn’t run much needed closets to the wall, we opted for windows and a small window seat.  The bead board facade is a drawer front that pulls out to store laundry!

Better Than Chocolate

I’d rather buy art than chocolate (that’s easy).  But, honestly, I think I’d rather buy art than jewelry.  And modern or “pop” silk screens are my personal favorite.  The awesome leather bar stools were a back room find!  They get along perfectly with the art work.  (Although, the print on the right is crooked and it’s driving me crazy!)
